IMPORTANT: When you turn in slow and tight curves (like turn 6 in Monaco) or when you exit the garage in practice you have this ugly view:

In order to reduce at minimum this view when turning it's important to set tweaker COCKPIT_STEER_POSITIONS coordinates, set 'Change Cockpit View Angle' to 100% and possibly leave max lock to default value=12. It's a compromise I accepted because I don't like the feeling my car is driven by 'ghost'!
